Onteco acquires Cyber Centers InternationalNov 12, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Onteco Corporation has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Cyber Centers International Corporation (CCI) in exchange for the issuance of a number of shares of preferred and common stock of Onteco. CCI is a developer of interactive online gaming designed for consumer play via subscription through a computer or mobile device, and Onteco is engaged in the investment and development of proprietary alternative energy technologies. Both the companies are based in the US. Announcement (October 10, 2012): Onteco has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of CCI in exchange for the issuance of a number of shares of common stock of Onteco. The transaction is expected to close on October 19, 2012.
