Country Star Tim McGraw Hails the Nation's Heroes at a Surprise Veterans' Day LunchBRENTWOOD, TN, Nov 09, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Tim McGraw, music world superstar and actor, celebrated Veterans' Day with a surprise visit to Nashville area veterans and their families at a lunch organized by Outback Steakhouse®. McGraw, who is also featured in "People" this week with relatives who have served in the military, said, "It is important to take time out to recognize and thank those in the military every day, but especially today." Outback began its partnership with Operation Homefront more than three years ago and has donated over $2 million since 2010.
