RememberIN Authentication Method Enables Users to Forget PINs and Passwords

Boston, MA, Nov 09, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- RememberIN, Inc. announced the addition of new features and photo categories for its mobile application for the iPhone and iPad. The RememberIN app provides secure storage of personal photos, credit card information, passwords and other confidential content. RememberIN's unique log-in process allows users to create a password made up of photos chosen from memorable categories, including dogs, flowers, butterflies and more. RememberIN provides an improved password method leveraging the human ability to remember images better than letter and number combinations.

RememberIN has added 60 photos to 3 new categories including Cats, Flags and Music. Users now have 12 categories to choose from to create a personalized photo password to access their confidential information. RememberIN uses a patent pending method that allows users to create a personalized, memorable password from photos selected in a sequence, for example Cats / MaineCoon, Music / Violin, Flags / Switzerland. Users choose from over 13 million photo combinations.

RememberIN has begun initial development of the RememberIN SDK to make photo-based passwords available as a login method on websites and mobile apps. Either as a single-factor or two-factor authentication method, RememberIN can be a simple, fun, memorable method to access secure content. According to founder Stuart Hilger, "We believe the market for photo-based passwords is unlimited. This login method is appealing because it is secure and memorable, lessening login time and reducing or eliminating password resets".

About RememberIN RememberIN, Inc. was founded in April 2012.
