NXP Comments on Moody's Ratings Upgrade

(NASDAQ: NXPI) today announced that Moody's Investors Service has upgraded NXP B.V. to B1 from B2 for the corporate family rating (CFR) and probability of default rating (PDR). At the same time, Moody's upgraded NXP's senior secured debt ratings to B2 from B3 with a stable outlook.
