The orders represent a large initial rollout, with forecasted plans for expansion. Sandvine will be fulfilling the sale through a major network equipment vendor, with which it recently signed a reseller agreement. Fixed line operators were the first to adopt Network Policy Control solutions, but today over a third of Sandvine's market-leading customer base offers wireless access to the Internet.
