Reliance Communications partners with WhatsAppOct 15, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Reliance Communications Limited, an India-based integrated and convergent digital network provider, has entered into a partnership with WhatsApp, Inc., a US-based cross-platform mobile messaging application, to provide unlimited usage of WhatsApp (and Facebook) to its subscribers. Through this partnership, Reliance has launched two prepaid plans called 'WhatsApp Plan' for all Reliance GSM subscribers and 'My College Plan' that is targeted at students.
