BRIEF: Farzana Mitchell succeeds John Foy as CBL's CFOSep 11, 2012 (Chattanooga Times Free Press - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- CBL & Associates Properties Inc. on Monday named Farzana Mitchell to succeed John Foy as the Chattanooga-based company's chief financial officer. Foy will remain in the near term as executive vice chairman to provide continuity through the transition. Also, Katie Reinsmidt has been promoted to the new post of senior vice president of investor relations and corporate investments. She was vice president of corporate communications and investor relations. Foy has served CBL and its predecessor company for more than 40 years.
