Top 5 manufacturers of personal computers in 2Q(Associated Press Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Hewlett-Packard Co., which announced additional job cuts on Monday, is the largest maker of personal computers. According to IDC, these are the top 5 PC manufacturers in second quarter of 2012. The numbers are estimates and do not reflect figures disclosed by the company after IDC's report came out July 11.
