TeleCommunication Systems gets $2.7m order for satellite terminal spares


Aug 03, 2012 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Secure mobile communication technology company TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSYS) said it has received funding of $2.7 million from the U.S. Army for AN/TSC-156 Phoenix Tactical Super-High-Frequency Satellite Terminal Spares.



The U.S. Army project manager for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (PM WIN-T) Commercial Satellite Terminal Program is funding this procurement through the Army's $5 billion world-wide satellite systems contract vehicle.
