The solutions have been proven to integrate with the Avaya CTI, providing automatic identification of customers and targeted screen population of the customer context.



AMC Contact Canvas Agent allows users to leverage legacy CRM applications as well as custom and database applications across a multi-channel communications framework. Features such as call controls and flexible screen pop are embedded within the CRM or as a separate tool, using AMC's integration and Avaya's CTI functionalities.

As a result of the certified integration with Avaya solutions, Avaya customers now have validated solutions with the business applications their agents use.
