Vox Communications Provides Fixed Price Calling Plans to Brazil

Jun 15, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Pervasip Corp.'s subsidiary, Vox Communications, a cloud-based voice and video communications solutions, apps and services provider, announced it is now offering fixed priced calling plans to Brazil via its Android mobile voice app available in Google Play.

According to a release, the fixed priced plans include calling to mobile phones in Brazil at a price of only 12 cents a minute, which is significantly lower than prices charged by other wireless carriers.

VoX's Chief Marketing Officer, Barry MacCheyne, noted, "We will continue to market to large populations in the U.S. that want to make a wireless call to their country of origin. We think we have identified a huge target audience that will be willing to call back home if they are presented with the option for inexpensive calls that have typically not been offered to international callers with mobile phones. Our prices are favorable when compared to other Internet calling companies like Skype and Vonage and we are excited to start rolling out these products. We encourage everyone to stop overpaying when they call a mobile phone in Brazil and use the VoX mobile app to make their calls." The Company said a VoX user can subscribe entirely on the phone and choose a U.S. phone number without leaving the interface, which makes the sign up process more pleasing than many competitors.
