Her vehicle was hit by a Ford F150 pickup driven by Donald Anaya, 59, of Santa Fe. He was treated at the hospital for minor injuries. Salinas is charged with careless driving and driving on a suspended license. "We do not know if alcohol was a factor at this point," Carlos said. Traffic both northbound and southbound on the frontage road was blocked for about an hour following the crash. ___ (c)2012 The Santa Fe New Mexican (Santa Fe, N.M.)
