Huber Corp. has announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss 1st Quarter 2012 financial results on Tuesday, May 29, at 11 AM ET. In a release, the Company noted event details: Pursuant to the indenture dated as of November 1, 2011, between Huber and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, relating to Huber's 9.875 percent Senior Notes due 2019 (the "Notes"), access to the conference call is limited to the following: (a) Holders of the Notes; (b) Prospective investors who have certified to Huber that they are Qualified Institutional Buyers (as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933); (c) Securities analysts who have certified to Huber that they are reputable securities analysts who regularly cover or intend to cover Huber and the Notes; and (d) market makers who have certified to Huber that they are reputable market makers who regularly make or intend to make a market in the Notes Huber will post specific instructions on how to access the May 29, conference call on the Huber secure SyndTrak investor website, which can only be accessed by qualified users.
