Parliament Plenary Marked by Starting of TV Robot Cameras


(AllAfrica Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The 9th ordinary plenary meeting of the National Assembly, which happened on Tuesday, was marked by the entry into operation of the robot cameras that will enable the production, broadcasting and distribution of televisions signal.



The high definition digital cameras will cover the parliament, where the MPs meet in plenary and the implementation of this technology is part of the technological modernisation project underway that institution.

Speaking to the press, the Secretary-General of the parliament, Eduardo Beny, said that the referred technology will improve the press coverage of meetings and plenary sessions, and thus avoiding circulation of cameramen inside the halls.


The national Assembly is ready now to launch the Parliament TV Channel, which will broadcast the plenary sessions, by covering a greater number of events referring the parliament events.
