His predecessor, Jozsef Huszlicska continued his career at the Telenor Group in Norway. Telenor's newly appointed CTO, Zsolt Sepsi has been working for the mobile operator since 2003. From February 15, after Jozsef Huszlicska left Telenor Hungary, he was working as acting CTO and his position was made permanent from June 1. He is responsible for the continued development and smooth operation of Telenor's mobile network and IT systems supporting nearly 3.7 million customers. 'By now Telenor is more than a mobile operator: we offer increasingly complex value-added services to our clients. I am confident that under Zsolt Sepsi's leadership our Technical Division will continue to support the development of our services on a high level and they will provide a strong basis for our further growth', said Christopher Laska, CEO of Telenor Hungary. Zsolt Sepsi has been working on the development and reliable operation of Telenor's telecommunications and IT networks since 2003. He was Director of Operations since 2009. Before joining Telenor, he was a system testing consultant of Nokia in Finland. Earlier, he filled executive positions at the Romanian electricity provider as well as at an ICT company based in Szatmarnemeti. Zsolt Sepsi graduated from the Timisoara University of Technology (Temesvar) in 1995. As part of his degree work, he took part in the development of a robot that was exhibited at the International Robot Exhibition in Hanover in the same year. In 2010, he earned an EMBA degree in Finance and Marketing from the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest. He is a team player also outside the office: his favourite sport is football and he is fond of hiking with friends.
