AboveNet Taps Ancotel's Frankfurt Data Center [Professional Services Close - Up](Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Ancotel announced that AboveNet has selected Kleyer90 Ancotel's Frankfurt, Germany data center for its European expansion. "Frankfurt is not only a European financial hub, but with ancotel's highly interconnected data center facility, it is the premier network gateway between Western and Eastern Europe," said Brett Johnson, vice president, Business Development for AboveNet Europe, in a release. The Company said that nearly 75 percent of the traffic in and out of Ancotel's Frankfurt data center is routed to destinations outside of Germany.
