CORE Security Joins HP Enterprise Security Technology Alliances Program [Professional Services Close - Up](Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) CORE Security, a provider of predictive security intelligence solutions, announced that it has joined the HP Enterprise Security Technology Alliances Program. According to a release, this partner program allows for interoperability between CORE Security's enterprise solution, CORE Insight Enterprise, and the HP ArcSight platform, a Security Intelligence and Risk Management (SIRM) solution. Compatibility between CORE Insight and the HP ArcSight platform will provide customers with improved visibility into the security risks across their IT environments and the potential impact those risks pose to their businesses, the company said. "This partnership with HP allows us to deliver a solution that combines improved infrastructure visibility with Insight's predictive intelligence capabilities," said Milan Shah, SVP, products and engineering, CORE Security. "CORE Security's patent-pending technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, expert systems, and data analytics capabilities are combined with real-time, historical, and forensic views provided by the HP ArcSight solution to provide an industry first: the ability to predict the likelihood of material attacks and breaches on IT infrastructure," said Jorg Hoffmann, Professor, Artificial Intelligence, Saarland University.
