About Todd Chaffee
Todd joined IVP as a General Partner in March 2000. He has more than 25
years of operating and investment experience. Todd has led investments
in Akamai, ArcSight, Ariba, Business Insider, ComScore, CyberSource,
Domo, Digital River, Epiphany, Extensity, HomeAway, InphoMatch,
Inspirato, Kayak, LivingSocial, LoopNet, Mobile 365, Mobileway, Netflix,
Nuance Communications (News - Alert), Omniture, Open Market, Trintech, Twitter,
VeriSign, Verisity, and Yahoo. Prior to IVP, he was Executive Vice
President of Visa, where his responsibilities included overseeing the
Advanced Technology, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, and
Equity Investment divisions. He was also the President of Visa
Marketplace Inc. (Visa's investment subsidiary) and managed Visa's
global technology investment portfolio. Todd earned a B.S. with honors
from the University of Minnesota Carlson Business School. He also
completed the Stanford Graduate Business School Advanced Management

About Sandy Miller
Sandy joined IVP as a General Partner in April 2006. He has more than 35
years of venture capital and technology investment banking experience
and has served on over 20 public, private, and philanthropic boards.
Sandy has led investments in Carbonite, Clearspring Technologies,
Constant Contact, Data Domain, FleetMatics, LiveOps (News - Alert), Merchant
e-Solutions, Ngmoco, One Kings Lane, Placeware, SkyStream Networks, US
Internetworking, and Zynga. He co-founded Thomas Weisel Partners and
then ran U.S. later-stage venture investing at 3i, a global investment
firm. He was also a Managing Director at Montgomery Securities, Merrill
Lynch, and DLJ, and a strategy consultant at Bain. Sandy earned a BA
from the University of Virginia (Phi Beta Kappa), an MBA from Stanford
Business School, and a JD from Stanford Law School.
About Steve Harrick
Steve joined IVP as a General Partner in October 2001. He has more than
14 years of venture capital experience. Steve has led investments in
Aster Data Systems, Business.com, CafePress, ConnectAndSell, eHealth,
Eucalyptus, LegalZoom, MarkMonitor, MySQL, Personal Capital, RGB
Networks, Spiceworks, Teros, Tripwire, Varolii, and WebEx. Before
joining IVP, Steve worked for the Internet Capital Group (News - Alert) (ICG) as Vice
President of Acquisitions. Prior to ICG, Steve worked for Highland
Capital Partners in Boston, Massachusetts. Before entering the venture
capital industry in 1997, Steve worked in new business development for
Netscape Communications and as a Financial Analyst in mergers and
acquisitions for Morgan Stanley. Steve earned a B.A. in History from
Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
