United States : CISCO partners with NETAPP for FlexPod sale [TendersInfo (India)]

(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) California-based Cisco Systems, a designer, manufacturer, and seller of networking equipment, announced that it has entered into a partnership deal with NetApp for the distribution of a new FlexPod cloud architecture.

The partnership will extend FlexPod with a series of new pre-validated design architectures priced and sized for smaller workloads.

With NetApp, Cisco Systems is working to increase opportunities for partners to provide customers with the scalability, flexibility, and manageability of Cisco Systems UCS with NetApp storage to achieve maximum return on investment, said Satinder Sethi, vice president for data center solutions in the Data Center Group at Cisco Systems.
