Revitas Revitalizes Customer Engagement Program
PHILADELPHIA --(Business Wire)--
Revitas
today introduced its expanded Customer Engagement Program, which aims to
provide regular, focused interaction between Revitas and its diverse
customer base. The program builds on a rich history of customer
collaboration, while expanding the customer's voice to provide input
about the changing dynamics of their industry. Revitas is also striving
to offer customers further best practice insight so they can take
concrete steps to boost and protect revenue. The updated Customer
Engagement Program features three components: industry summits, product
councils, and customer advisory boards.
New industry summits will focus on a single industry, mixing thought
leadership tracks, user best practice sessions, and introductions to the
power of Enterprise
Revenue Dynamics (ERD). These sessions are designed to help
customers improve enterprise operations and bottom-line results. The
first industry summit will focus on pharmaceuticals and be held at the Four
Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia on October 2-3, 2012. For more

Product councils will offer Revitas customers a forum to share their use
cases and feature enhancement requests. This format will also be used to
plan product and solution responses to regulatory changes. Council
meetings are expected to drive input to both business and technical
requirements, multi-industry differences and best practices development.
Product councils will be held twice a year for each product segment -
one in person, concurrent with industry summits, and the other as a
virtual meeting. Additional virtual meetings may be held to actively
respond to regulatory changes. Participation will be limited to two
representatives per segment from each participating company.
Customer advisory boards will focus on strategic industry and corporate
imperatives, including the broader suite and platform level of the
Revitas portfolio. These are geared toward the issues facing C-level
executives and will offer insights in to the long-term horizon of
industry trends, regulatory impacts, investment analysis, technology
adoption, and suite-level deployment models. Participation will be by
nomination and will also include key Revitas executive management to
facilitate peer interaction and sharing.
