Avema acquires Breakaway Services

Apr 11, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Avema Corporation, a provider of telecom and wireless cost optimization software and services, has acquired Breakaway Services, Inc., a service provider focused on managing telecommunications services, assets and expenses for corporations. Both the companies are based in the US.

Pursuant to the transaction, Breakaway will continue to operate out of its Denver location, and will become part of Avema.
