ATK to Announce Fiscal Year 2012 Financial Results

ARLINGTON, Va., April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ATK (NYSE: ATK) will webcast its investor conference call on fiscal year 2012 financial results, which will be announced May 3, prior to the opening of the market. In addition to discussion of the quarterly results, the Company expects to discuss its outlook and financial guidance for future periods during the call.
