NobelBiz Files Lawsuits against Five Defendants for Infringement of Patents Relating to NobelBiz's LocalTouch™ Service

NobelBiz, Inc. announces that it has filed lawsuits against AireSpring, Inc., Five 9, Inc., LiveVox (News - Alert), Inc., TCN, Inc., and Global Connect, LLC in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The lawsuits allege defendants' local caller ID management offerings infringe one or more of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,899,169 and 8,135,122 relating to NobelBiz's (News - Alert) LocalTouch^TM service.

NobelBiz's LocalTouch is currently offered by NobelBiz, Inc. and SoundBite Communications, Inc. NobelBiz continues to invest resources in order to protect the intellectual property associated with LocalTouch^TM and to educate the market about the product's exceptional effectiveness and value.
