United Kingdom,United States : GRAPHICS PROPERTIES HOLDINGS sues APPLE INC [TendersInfo (India)]

(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Graphics Properties Holdings Inc (formerly known as Silicon Graphics) has filed a suit against top mobile device makers including Apple Inc., Samsung, Research In Motion, HTC, Sony and LG with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

The lawsuit was filed for allegedly infringing a patent through their sale of mobile phones and other electronic devices. The patent at the centre of the case relates to drifting point calculations to render graphics.
