Experienced eLearning Company, Knowledge Anywhere Inc., Announces Strategic Acquisition and Merger

Today, Knowledge Anywhere Inc., Labelle Strategic Resources and Talon IP Communications of NC, LLC announced a strategic acquisition and merger. The combined companies will operate under the name Knowledge Anywhere, Inc. and provide eLearning course development, Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) solutions, mobile platform applications and strategic resource placement for healthcare EMR customization and integration.

Knowledge Anywhere will be managed by Knowledge Anywhere Founder and President Charlie Gillette, Talon IP Communications Founder and President Mike Linville, and Labelle Strategic Resources VP of Operations Bob Kline. The company will maintain corporate headquarters in Bellevue, WA, and regional offices in Winston-Salem, NC, and Overland Park, KS, with sales resources strategically placed nationwide.
