IAC Appoints Jason Finger Chief Executive Officer of CityGrid MediaNEW YORK, March 22, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- IAC (Nasdaq: IACI) announced today that Jason Finger, former CEO and co-founder of SeamlessWeb (now Seamless), will join CityGrid Media as Chief Executive Officer in April. Mr. Finger will oversee the CityGrid advertising network and its owned and operated websites, including Citysearch, Urbanspoon, Insider Pages, and Buzz Labs. Jay Herratti, who served as Chief Executive Officer of CityGrid Media for the last five years, and in other IAC executive positions for another three, will support the transition and then pursue other interests.
