Boingo Wireless Statement in Support of the GSMA and WBA Wi-Fi Roaming Initiative

Boingo (News - Alert) Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ: WIFI), the Wi-Fi industry's leading

of the GSMA and Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) Wi-Fi roaming joint
initiative.
