Call Center CEO presents at 25th Annual SNUG ConferenceMarch 8, 2012 (Willow Grove, PA) – Gary Pudles, President and CEO of AnswerNet, continues to educate and inform business professionals on HIPAA and PCI compliance in call centers. His session, “The Science of Compliance”, will be presented at this year’s 25th Annual Startel National Users Group (SNUG) Conference. The SNUG Conference provides the opportunity for Startel users to gather and learn call center tips from one another.
