Avtex Finishes Integration of Sage Innovations' Contact Center and VoIP BusinessMINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)-- Avtex (News - Alert), a provider of integrated, interaction solutions, today announced the completion of the acquisition of the Contact Center and VoIP division of Sage Innovations, a respected technology solutions provider and Interactive Intelligence reseller based in Chesterfield, MO. As part of the agreement, Avtex acquired a portion of Sage's intellectual property, technical resources and regional Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) customer base.
