Mar 05, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) --
Kathy Bradley, corporate events manager for Broadspire, a Crawford Company and third party administrator (TPA) and medical management services provider, has been named to lead the Exhibits Advisory Committee (EAC) of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) for 2012 and 2013.
According to a release, Bradley, who has managed Broadspire's trade shows, conferences and events for six years, has participated on the EAC since 2009. The committee is involved in reviewing the RIMS Annual Conference & Exhibition policies and operating practices specific to exhibitors. Members, who are nominated and selected each year by fellow exhibitors, volunteer their time at the annual conference to mentor first-time exhibitors, assist with traffic-building events and solicit onsite feedback from exhibiting companies, among other responsibilities.
"Kathy is dedicated to her work at Broadspire and her service to RIMS on behalf of the annual conference, which is a key event for our industry," said Annette L. Sanchez, Broadspire's chief marketing officer, to whom Bradley reports. "She has been instrumental to the success of our trade shows and fundraising events, and she will no doubt provide valuable guidance in her new leadership role with EAC."
Bradley has 25 years of experience in a variety of marketing and communications functions. Before coming to Broadspire, she was manager, corporate communications for NextiraOne in Sunrise, Fla., and previously held a similar position at SportsLine.com in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She also managed marketing and public relations for HIP Health Plan of Florida and Alamo Rent A Car, all in South Florida.
Based in Atlanta, Ga., Crawford & Company is an independent provider of claims management solutions to the risk management and insurance industry as well as self-insured entities.
