KENYA : AIRTEL KENYA introduces its 3G network [TendersInfo (India)]
(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Airtel Kenya recently launched its 3G Broadband network in Nairobi. The telecommunication firm aims shake up prices all over Kenya if its business model is a success by having enhanced services for its clients.
As part of their investment face in Africa, apart from Nairobi,the company plans to have this service in other towns like North Coast, Kisumu, Nakuru and Naivasha which contributes to 80% of the telecommunication revenue.

This network technology will boost multimedia functionality, high speed mobile broadband and internet access, enabling users to make video calls, watching TV, and downloading song at 21 Mbps speed.
