MoSys to Present at the 24th Annual ROTH Conference on March 14, 2012

MoSys (News - Alert), Inc., (NASDAQ: MOSY), a provider of serial chip-to-chip communications solutions that deliver unparalleled bandwidth performance for next generation networking systems and advanced system-on-chip (SoC) designs, today announced that Len Perham, Chief Executive Officer, and Jim Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the 24^th Annual ROTH Conference at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. The conference is being held at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point, CA (News - Alert).

The company also announced in accordance with NASDAQ Stock Market Rule 5635(c)(4) that its Compensation Committee approved stock options to two new employees, which were granted asinducements material to the employees entering into employment with the company. The grants allow the employees to purchase 350,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $3.92 per share, which equals the closing price of a share of common stock on the date of grant.
