Financial details of the acquisition were not available, With the completion of the VCON acquisition, the company plans to extend its leadership in the enterprise marketplace to video conferencing and collaboration. ClearOne said it will seamlessly deliver VCON's full HD video conferencing technology and ClearOne's legacy crystal-clear audio for a variety of enterprise applications.
