The agreement with Toronto-based MLSE provides SpotlightTMS with a new

application as a value-added feature of its executive suite packages at
Air Canada Centre.

MLSE expects that suiteholders will also benefit from the reduction in
administrative time when distributing and tracking tickets for more than
