Black Box Corporation Acquires InnerWirelessFeb 03, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Black Box Corporation, a communications system integrator dedicated to designing, sourcing, implementing and maintaining communications solutions, announced that it has acquired InnerWireless. In a release dated Jan. 31, Chris McCoy, former Chief Financial Officer of InnerWireless, said, "We are very excited to merge our advanced wireless capabilities with the broad geographic footprint and deep organic resources of Black Box. The InnerWireless team has built a unique and valuable value proposition in the DAS market.
