Former Nimsoft CEO Tapped as New CEO of Boundary(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/18/12 -- Boundary, developer of real-time network and applications monitoring-as-a-service, today announced that former Nimsoft CEO Gary Read has joined the company as President and CEO. Boundary's founder, Cliff Moon, continues in his role as CTO and is responsible for the design, development and operation of Boundary's real-time monitoring-as-a-service. Gary will also be appointed to the Boundary board of directors, alongside Cliff and John Vrionis of Lightspeed Venture Partners.
