Kentz selects Maxima to implement CRM solution

Jan 18, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Kentz, an engineering and construction group, has selected Maxima, an IT business systems and managed services company, to implement an integrated, next generation CRM solution based on core Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft business analytics software.

Kentz's Maxima solution is expected to provide the firm with business development, project tracking and knowledge management capabilities across its international operations. Maxima will help Kentz take advantage of the Microsoft platform, and will also deliver sector-specific functionality based on the company's Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Construction industry solution. It includes the ability to track business development activity by project, client and influencer, the management of complex bids and tenders, and supports pre-qualification questionnaire activities.

Maxima will help accelerate Kentz's initial CRM project prototyping and testing by deploying the Microsoft solution as a CRM Software as a Service (SaaS) solution in the Cloud, providing the construction firm with a platform on which to drive the project's pilot stages, prior to deploying the production solution on-premise.

"Selling solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform is one of Maxima's key growth areas, so we're delighted that a major global engineering and construction specialist such as Kentz has selected Maxima to implement CRM," added Paul Adams, Managing Director of Maxima's Business Solutions division. "As a leading Microsoft Gold Certified CRM partner and an acknowledged expert in the engineering and construction sectors, Maxima is ideally placed to help firms such as Kentz to optimise their project-based sales and business development processes." http://www.datamonitor.com Republication or redistribution, including by framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without prior written consent.
