[January 17, 2012] Cimatron China enters into strategic agreement with Digital China Tweet Jan 17, 2012 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Provider of integrated, CAD/CAM solutions Cimatron Limited (NASDAQ: CIMT) (TASE: CIMT) announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary Cimatron China, has signed an agreement with Digital China Holdings Ltd, an integrated IT service provider in China. Under the strategic agreement Digital Holdings will serve as a sales agent and provide customer support for Cimatron Group's software solutions CimatronE and GibbsCAM. The company added that it expects its relationship with Digital China to expand the sales of its CimatronE fully integrated CAD/CAM suite for mold, tool and die makers.
