Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed. ZyXEL said that, following testing, its Ethernet switches and snom's IP communication devices have been certified to interoperate for a reliable business VoIP solution. The company's rugged PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) enabled Ethernet switches ensure consistent data transmission for performance-intensive applications including voice and video. Together with the high-quality VoIP system from snom, the combined solution is simplified as a ready-to-deploy voice communication for businesses.
