Aruba Networks to acquire Avenda SystemsNov 18, 2011 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Aruba Networks, Inc., a provider of enterprise mobility solutions, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Avenda Systems, Inc., a developer of network security solutions that securely connect users and their personal mobile devices to business network. Both the companies are based in the US. Earlier, Avenda Systems had secured venture financing from OVP Venture Partners. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2012, ending January 31, 2012.
