[October 19, 2011] Cloud cloud orchestration software provider Yunteq acquired by Coraid Tweet Oct 19, 2011 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Ethernet SAN solutions developer Coraid Inc has acquired Yunteq Inc, a provider of cloud orchestration software for public and private clouds, the company said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not revealed. Yunteq's resource management framework and policy-driven orchestration engine automate provisioning and policies at the network, storage and security layers. According to Coraid this complements its Ethernet SAN architecture, which eliminates multiple layers of traditional SAN complexity and the technology from both companies will help public and private cloud builders develop flexible storage and network architectures. Coraid expects to release an integrated software product for public and private cloud builders in the first half of 2012.
