[October 12, 2011] AuthenTec collaborates with BIO-key to create mobile enterprise solutions Tweet Oct 12, 2011 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- AuthenTec, a provider of security and identity management solutions, and BIO-key International, Inc, a provider of finger biometric identification technology and advanced mobile identification solutions, have announced a partnership to create mobile enterprise solutions that combine AuthenTec fingerprint sensors with BIO-key's Fingerprint Mobile Identification Devices and server-side fingerprint matching technology. AuthenTec and BIO-key solutions include an AuthenTec fingerprint sensor-equipped sleeve or plug-in for iOS, Android and Win Mobile devices that allow users to securely connect to a network server or cloud and gain access to enterprise applications, corporate e-mail, banking or financial applications in a secure manner.
