"CMSI's goal in developing the NAMS Firefly product was to provide superior network and switch-based applications for real time call record searching, revenue assurance, traffic engineering and fraud detection on an affordable platform," said Paul Bilberry, president of CMSI. CMSI's latest feature is the NAMS Firefly SIP call detail visibility tool. The SIP collector will collect all SIP messages in real time for visibility and reporting purposes. This will provide a user friendly environment for searching SIP call records.
