The David James Agency to Launch TruConnect Mobile's New 3G Laptop ServiceSep 29, 2011 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- The David James Agency (DJA) announced the addition of a 3G mobile laptop data service provider, TruConnect Mobile to its client list. DJA said it has been selected to help launch the TruConnect Mobile service via public relations and social media. TruConnect Mobile provides the 3G mobile Internet service for laptops and iPads. With TruConnect's service, users pay a monthly access fee and are charged only for the data they use at 3.9 cents per megabyte. The service is provided through a USB 3G dongle for Windows or Mac laptops or a MiFi device that can connect up to five computers or tablets to the service with no tethering charges. There are no contracts, no activation fees, no monthly bills, no bundled data plans, no expiration of data and no overage charges. "TruConnect Mobile offers a breakthrough pricing alternative for small business professionals, entrepreneurs and others that are priced out of the market for 3G laptop and iPad," said Kevin Hamilton, TruConnect Mobile's CEO. "We were starting from scratch with this service and the experience that the DJA team brought to the launch made all the difference." "Getting in on the ground floor with an exciting company like TruConnect Mobile is a great experience for a PR agency because you have the opportunity to really make a difference," said David Rodewald, DJA Managing Director. "Working with TruConnect has really exercised all of our capabilities from messaging to media outreach, and the synergies between the two teams has helped us to make an impact for the company." The David James Agency specializes in public relations and marketing communications for start-up technology companies.
