Nuuko Offers Free Trial for Innovative Online Organization Diagnostic Tool

WASHINGTON --(Business Wire)--

A free online diagnostic test to help business decision-makers survey and objectively assess strategic strengths and weaknesses is now available through Nuuko, a new platform that allows organizations to identify and work with experts from the most senior enterprise levels. The free trial is a single-user version of the Nuuko Enterprise Optimizer (NEO), which Nuuko has co-developed and is now launching with CSI (News - Alert) Diagnostics, one of the pioneers in the space. The NEO diagnostic survey allows organizations to view how they are doing in five critical categories: operations effectiveness, customer satisfaction, organizational agility, innovation, and expanding the learning culture inside the enterprise. The survey answers are kept confidential.

The free trial version is said to require less than five minutes to complete, with a graphical analysis of the survey sent to the user's email inbox within seconds after they hit the "submit" button. Users also receive a report outlining the importance of each of the critical factors, with links to helpful videos and documents providing even further insight.

Nuuko Chairman Doug Poretz said the aggregated set of survey data could reveal where a company is performing well, and where there are symptoms of need. "Executives often see their own organization in ways that conflict with its internal or external stakeholders" he said. "The Optimizer products we have launched provide much more accurate organizational views. It's often startling how internal responders see their company compared to customers and other external stakeholders, as well as the divergent views from management and employees."

There are several versions of the Optimizer available:

  • The free-trial version is the I-Optimizer, which allows a single user to capture an accurate view of the way they see their own organization, and also gives them a "test drive" of more robust versions of NEO. Those who want to skip the introductory background information can go straight to the survey.
  • The Team-Optimizer allows an enterprise to register up to 20 employees to capture a broader view. An executive can provide the email addresses of team members and Nuuko will immediately send the survey to them, giving the executive an insight to their collective thinking. All responses are confidential.
  • The 360-Optimizer is the most comprehensive tool, with customized questions, open to either 100 or 200 internal and external participants.
  • The Team and 360-Optimizer include consultation with Nuuko experts, all of whom have experience working at the most senior enterprise level.

The technology and methodology behind the Optimizer was originally developed by CSI founders Jerry Tarasofsky and the late Max Garfinkle, Ph.D. Tarasofsky said CSI's proprietary process has been refined and made more powerful over the past 18 years. "More than 450 organizations, including DuPont, L'Oreal, Pfizer and GE Healthcare, have used our proprietary process and initiated decisive actions as a result of what they learned," he said. "Now, Nuuko has added the ability to tap the expertise of world-class enterprise executives so that the analysis is even more robust."

"The Optimizer survey results not only paints a fairly clear picture, it catalyzes conversations within an organization that can lead to positive change," said CSI's Tarasofsky. "We have many case studies that show the efficacy of the process."
