Free iPhone Screen Repair? Just Enter the Contest

Boston, MA, Sep 23, 2011 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Initiated earlier this summer, Florida-based iPhone repair shop ifixyouri.com, in conjunction with Apple product review blog 9to5Mac, has began an online contest, allowing iDevice owners to send in pictures of their damaged iPhones and iPads in the hopes of winning free repair service. "The most common service we are called on to provide is iPhone screen repair," comments Christopher Johnke, founder of ifixyouri.com. "We thought it would be a fun contest, to see all those photos. Cracked iphone screens are pretty cool." One can enter the contest by following @9to5mac and @ifixyouri on Twitter, and retweeting one of their blog posts (found here) with the hashtag #HelpiFixYouri. Also, you'll need send a picture of your device, if you can, to support(at)ifixyouri(dot)com or like the iFixYouri Facebook page and post it there.

"Regardless of whether it's an iPhone 2g, 3g, 3gs, or an iPhone 4, these screens can break," added Johnke. "But these phones are investments, and it makes sense to repair them. We're just glad we're in a position to provide iPhone screen repair and iPhone water damage repair to our customers. And to one of them for free!" ifixyouri.com was started in 2009. Major online tech-blogs like CNET, Washington Post, Gizmodo, PC World, and many others have referenced iFixYouri for their findings, news, tests, and expertise. It has since grown to four locations across the United States, with stores in West Palm Beach, Orlando, FL, Boston, MA, and Knoxville, TN.
