Cúram Software Establishes Cúram Research Institute for Increased Innovation in Social Enterprise Management

The Cúram Research Institute's partnership with NCCD's Children's Research Center (CRC) is a collaboration focused on expanding evidence-based practice and making it more accessible to the social enterprise. The initial collaboration enables family service organizations to realize a faster time to value when implementing CRC's Structured Decision Making® ystem, a globally proven decision-support methodology for improving outcomes in child welfare. The Cúram Research Institute's recent partnership with the Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Sciences, a global educational and research center in British Columbia, supports the creation and dissemination of workplace health information with an international focus. The Pacific Coast University places emphasis on the fields of workplace safety, health promotion, return to work, disability management, comprehensive rehabilitation and disability leadership studies. "Education is a key factor in reducing the social, human and economic costs associated with workplace disability," said Wolfgang Zimmermann, Executive Director, National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR).
