AMC Technology's AMC MCIS 5.3 Solution and Connectors for Aspect Unified IP, Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services and Avaya Aura Contact Center Have Achieved Certified Integration with SAP Applications


RICHMOND, Va. --(Business Wire)--

AMC Technology, LLC today announced its AMC MCIS 5.3 solution and its corresponding telephony connector for Aspect (News - Alert) Unified IP (Aspect UIP), Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services (Avaya AES) and Avaya Aura Contact Center (Avaya AACC) have achieved certified integration with SAP (News - Alert)® applications. The solutions have been proven to integrate with the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application, providing automatic identification of customers and targeted screen population of the customer context.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that AMC MCIS 5.3 and its corresponding connectors - AMC Connector for Aspect UIP 5.3, AMC Connector for Avaya (News - Alert) AES 5.3, and AMC Connector for Avaya AACC 5.3 - successfully integrate with SAP CRM 6.0 via the integrated communications interface-computer telephony (CA-ICI-CTI (News - Alert)) 3.06 integration scenario.
