ModusLink Global Solutions to Report 2011 Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year Financial Results

ModusLink Global Solutions^™, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLNK) will release financial results for its 2011 fourth quarter and fiscal year on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 after the market closes.

Following the release, ModusLink Global Solutions' management will host a conference call to discuss the results. The conference call will begin at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The conference call will be open to all interested parties and will be hosted by Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph C. Lawler, and Chief Financial Officer, Steven G. Crane.
