Players may register at Omega Sports in Wilson or at the WCYAA offices in Lucama. Registration is $40 for all soccer players and $50 for volleyball players. Age divisions are as follows for soccer: 2-4 Co-ed Instructional, 5-6 Co-ed, 9U Co-ed, 10-12 Co-ed, and 13-16 Co-ed. Age divisions for volleyball are 10U, 14U and 16U. SYAA extends fall registrations The Saratoga Youth Athletic Association has extended its 2011 fall season registrations for baseball, softball, soccer and volleyball until Monday, Sept. 12. Registrations will be accepted at the SYAA No. 2 Field concession stand on the following dates and times on Sunday, Sept. 11 from 3 to 5 p.m. Age divisions: 2-4 Co-ed Instructional Tee-Ball, 5-6 Co-ed Tee-Ball, 8U Rookie Machine Pitch, 9-10 Cal Ripken Minor, 11-12 Cal Ripken Major, 13 year old prep, 8U softball, 10U softball, and 12U softball. RRYAA to hold 'Cleanup day' The Rock Ridge Youth Athletic Association will hold "Cleanup Day" on Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Rock Ridge Elementary School ballfields starting at 7:30 a.m. All parents of players participating with the RRYAA program are encouraged to come out and help clean up the ballfields in preparation for the fall season games and practices.
